Our Story – A Personal Journey of Care

Starbility Support Services began with one act of love. In 2013, Amanda stepped in to care for her best friend after a sudden stroke. The experience took them across the world, including to the US for stem cell treatment, and opened Amanda’s eyes to the life-changing impact of quality, heartfelt support.

After joining the NDIS sector in 2016, Amanda continued to work closely with people living with disability and mental health needs. In 2022, she founded Starbility to deliver the kind of care that truly puts people first – personalised, compassionate, and respectful. Today, the entire team is driven by that same passion to make a difference in people’s lives, every single day.
